2nd Shift $16.50/hr. plus 1.00/hr. shift differential equaling $17.50/hr.

Purpose:
The utility is responsible for the ongoing production support areas they are assigned to on a day-to-day basis; including assisting mixer operators, oven operators, seal-out, washroom, pre-weigh ingredients, icing, and trash/recycling.

Job Responsibilities:

Attend and be on time for all pre-shift production meetings.
Participation and adherence to all food safety and safety programs.
Completion of assigned Alchemy courses that are required throughout the year.
Pre-weighing and preparing raw baking ingredients.
Work with equipment on icing products.
Manage trash and recycling duties of assigned areas.
Maintain the washroom in a manner that meets all food safety requirements.
Clean production equipment following established Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOPs).
Accurately and legibly maintain cleaning records.
Ensure that all utensils, equipment, and work area are maintained in a clean and safe manner.
Collect all recyclable materials and combine them appropriately.
Assist Mixer Operators in getting required ingredients as needed.
Assist Oven Operators in change-overs as needed.
Assist other areas of production as needed.
Effectively communicate all relevant information to other production shifts and employees.
Welcome all new team members and train as assigned.
Immediately report any and all food safety and quality problems to management.

Shift:

2nd Shift- 3:30 pm to 12 am.
3rd Shift- 11:30 pm to 8 am.
Overtime and weekends may be required depending on production load and co-worker attendance.
